Your day as a Outside Parts Sales Representative

As a Full-Time Outside Fleet Account Representative at Ford Pro Elite in Colorado Springs, CO, your days will be packed with excitement and engagement! You'll have the opportunity to visit assigned customers, prospect for new clients, and communicate vital parts orders effectively alongside our counter team. Your role involves ensuring that customers are kept informed about their orders, from stock status to anticipated delivery dates. Collaborating closely with the parts manager, you'll handle special orders and pricing approvals while also providing essential delivery instructions to the counter personnel. With a focus on exceptional service, you'll follow up on parts orders, coordinate with service salespeople, and maintain customer records meticulously.
